PE Builder 1.4 generates STOP error

I can use my Backupper technician software to generate WinPE disc on USB without problem but I want both my backupper and partition assistant. But, if I use PE Builder 1.4, the USB generated stops with blue screen upon boot with Error "stop c0000145 application error 0xc000000d". I tried safe mode in WinPE and the driver AMBAKDRV.SYS is the failing file.

Hi,

The problem is caused by the KB3022345 and KB3045999 updates. If you notice any of these updates Windows before it will work.

I find KB3045999 on my Windows 7 64-bit. Should I remove this update from my computer before I generate the PE and then install again after?

Yes you can, but make a restore point to even a system backup.

I delete KB3022345 and KB3045999. The issue remain.

I tried also wimpemaker : ISO has error.

When did you expect to have a new version ?
