Update 2.2 to 2.8.0

Accepted download of 2.8.0 but am asked if I want to uninstall 2.2 - am concerned that I might lose my current backups. Should I uninstall 2.2 first and make new, full backup with 2.8.0? Thanks for helping

    Please don't worry !  Backup files will not be deleted. :)
