Scheduled Backup to DVD

I'm using the Trial version(2.5) of this software, as I might be interested in purchasing the server version (Server 2008 R2) if I am satisfied with the product and it's functionality.


There are some folders that I backup daily to DVD (I'm curently using ImgBurn via commandline) and when trying to setup AOMEI to do the same thing it says:

"The schedule task does not support to backup to CD/DVD"


Is this true?

Why would this not be allowed?

    Hi Anouk,


    Sorry, Backupper doesn't support to back up to CD/DVD with scheduled backups. You can schedule backup to hard disks or network drives.
