On the last attempt I ran the system restore whilst in safe mode but Ireceived the

file explorer to locate a version on my C drive when I tested the PE
builder in the recovery environment.
However I was unable to use it as an error… -

Yes I created WinPE bootable media via AOMEI PE Builder.
No I did not add the NTPWEdit snap-in tool to the WinPE.
How do I add the NTPWEdit snap-in tool to the WinPE.
