no backup at Shutdown

Hello,


i have bought aomei backupper. I want to use the shedule backup at system shutdown.

It workes 2 times then dont. I deinstalled the programm. Cleared the registry and deleted the folders after deinstallation and then reinstalled. But it dont work anymore....

No backup at system shutdown.

After restart i see an empty folder on the USB drive


If i start it manually the backup it works. OS Windows 10


please help

    any help here? did i spend my money for a none working software? This was the key feature why i bought it

    This sounds like another problem with the Scheduled Backup option.

    There seems to be a conflict between AOMEI Backupper Pro and Windows 10 AU when you use a scheduled backup with disk management: tasks do not run after a reboot.

    Still not solved after 3 months... :(

    @Taliesin    sorry for the late reply, for the problem that th system shutdown backup does not work, you need to disable the "quick boot", and then it is ok to you.
