no incremental backup

I use backupper 3.2 pro, windows 10 pro 64bit.

I scheduled a disk backup daily, with 1 full backup and following 10 incremental once every day. Backupper works, but everyday a full backup is made, not incremental. I am pretty sure I figured everything right, with the timetabel and schedule in the settings.

What is wrong?

    Please send us the screenshot of the view log page（Advanced-->Properities-->View log）. You can try to do the incremental backup manually and see what backup it does.
