How to download the FULL Partition Assistant WITHOUT Download Manager?
As I noticed the download of Partition Assistant Free is only possible by using the annoying Download Manager.
Is there really no way to download the full offline package directly?

This will depend on your browser settings. The page does redirect you to CNET to download, but whether you get a CNET download utility or direct download depends on how you're configured with CNET. There are numerous sites with instructions for downloading from CNET without a download utility.
