My Hard drive is faulty

I have formatted my drive with Windows but when copying any data to it, it takes forever, will the AOMEI Partition Assitance fix my drive and which option can I use for it

    Can you provide more information?  What type of system?  What model hard drive?  Is it a network transfer?  Is it internal over IDE, SATA, etc?  USB enclosure?  More information would be helpful.  Also, how large and how many files are you copying to the device and from where?
