You just updated the version of what? The PA application, or the version of your USB stick?
Please check that you are creating the 64xUEFI version of PA, not the 32xBIOS version. Please check that your motherboard is running in the same UEFI mode that you normally run in, either UEFI-csm, or UEFI-noncsm.
@Matrix, The WinPE of AOMEI Partition Assistant can support UEFI mode. What boot error did you get? And, could you boot the same WinPE stick under Legacy mode?

Tools -> Bootmedium --> ISO, does not boot in Uefi
Hirens Boot PE - live USB tool suite 160 utilities, old BU 6.5.1, PA 9.2.1. To add custom drivers, such as NVMe, simply put them into the “CustomDrivers” folder. Hirens is not recommended in combination with Ventoy USB.
