  • You just updated the version of what? The PA application, or the version of your USB stick?
Please check that you are creating the 64xUEFI version of PA, not the 32xBIOS version. Please check that your motherboard is running in the same UEFI mode that you normally run in, either UEFI-csm, or UEFI-noncsm.
  • @Matrix, The WinPE of AOMEI Partition Assistant can support UEFI mode. What boot error did you get? And, could you boot the same WinPE stick under Legacy mode?
  • It just does not start, and i didn't downloaded PE

Matrix, I understand your PC is in UEFI mode. There are 2 different UEFI modes: UEFI-noncsm, and UEFI-csm.
    1) Which one of those 2 UEFI modes does it say it is in? If you cannot find any information on that, it is probably in UEFI-noncsm mode.
    2) What year is the motherboard?
    3) What program are you using to create the USB stick?
    Partition Assistant WinPE USB:

160 utilities, old BU 6.5.1, PA 9.2.1. To add custom drivers, such as NVMe, simply put them into the “CustomDrivers” folder. Hirens is not recommended in combination with Ventoy USB.

  • I get it, it does not boot with Secure Boot

If you create a Ventoy USB stick, and put Aomei ISO into it, you can boot in most PCs with Secure Boot on, but not all PCs. I have done it 100x.
