Win10 cannot boot. Every fix found online does not work. How can I make it to boot?

after overnight, my win10 PC cannot boot
Error code 0x000021a and then 0x000000c 

I tried to fix using every available method on google but it still cannot be done. 

I have purchased AOMEI backupper and partition assistant. I tried 'rebuild MBR' but still no go. How can I keep my data and make it boot?

    @Predator, We are afraid that our software can't fix the boot error. What operations did you perform that caused the system can't boot?

    Boot issues can be caused by hundreds of things, a corrupted or misconfigured MBR is only 1 possible cause.

    You gave us very little info about your PC, and your work. Please reply with as much info about your PC as possible, and every method you attempted to use to repair this issue.

    You could try using these softwares to repair your boot issue:
    Windows 11 installation USB > repair
    Hirens Boot PE > LazeSoft
    Hirens Boot PE > Easy BCD Boot
    LazeSoft
