Backup of Subfolders

Now it has happened. I wanted to restore an important file. My file backup looks like:
D:\Eigene Dateien - include subfolders Yes - Backup all files
I was confident that the subfolders were backuped automatically. Oviously this was a great error all the time. What a mess :s

    To be more precise I believed that all subfolders, i.e. subfolders of subfolders were backuped too.

    Did you try to restore the subfolder? There are no files in it?

    Did you notice that sub-folders only appear in the left pane of the restore window?
    The right pane shows files only! Click on the arrow to the left of the checkbox and it should show the folders.
