[Solved]Resize operation stuck at 96%

I'm resizing a "d" drive partition on a 2008 r2 server from 1.38T to 602 gb. It ran in Pre-os mode but has been sitting at 96% for 2 hours. What should I do?

    I have the same issue. What was your resolution?

    I went ahead with a hard shutdown. After the reboot AOMEI popped back up in PreOS Mode stating that it would continue operations. I allowed it to continue and it resized my C: Drive successfully and then rebooted and into Windows. All I can say is this made a liar out of my ETA for server downtime and gave me a couple hundred additional grey hairs...

    I'd say this is a massive bug that needs to be fixed in an otherwise wonderful product.

    We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
    As for this problem, you can directly force a reboot. The progress just
    stuck at update the new configuration to system. However, the operation
    has been
    finished, you can abort it and your new configuartion will be automatically updated after the reboot.
