iCloud unable to load storage info

I wanted to check the usage of iCloud on my iPhone 11, but when I went into iCloud settings, it takes much longer time than usual to show me how much storage has been used. Finally, nothing happened. The iCloud storage info seems unable to be loaded. Anyone could help me?

Solution 1: Solve the Internet issues on iPhone
