First email sent to [email protected] at 10:48am pct, no response?? Second email sent to [email protected] at 11:52am pct, got a 'bot' response!! It is NOW 4:00pm pct. How is this acceptable?? I don't understand.

      Was I supposed to "deactivate" my license, before my hardware failure, then re-activate on the updated hardware??
  • Admin ATTENTION...
    I have sent several emails to AOMEI, tried FB, now trying here. I have three(3) computers, all licensed to use AOMEI BackUpper and Partition Assistant. Once again, a necessary hardware upgrade has 'fouled' my ability to use the software, that is exactly what I need, after the hardware change??? Two new CPUs and one Motherboard change.
    I need to have my licenses renewed for both software packages so I can selectively restore key files.
    There is NO phone support, and emails aren't being responded to except 'bot' responses.
    Frustrating snag in the real life of computer hardware, there has to be a better method, as hardware does 'die'.!
