AOMEI OneKey is what creates the "AOMEI Recovery" entry. You can download OneKey from the AOMEI website and test it out for yourself. Basically that entry points to "Aomei\AomeiBoot.efi" which is on the "EFI System Partition".

The GUID you mentioned is for the ESP (EFI Service Partition). OneKey is checking the actual boot partiton that it creates which is right around ~800MB.

Nah, you missed the part where I explained that this app works just fine in a standard WinPE environment. It's only a tiny 208KB app. In a standard WinPE environment when I double-click on the icon it opens instantaneously.
I knew once I posted this up I'd figure it out *sigh*.

190GB?? You should really consider getting a separate drive for all your "Personal" files and keep them on there. This way when you do your backup it will just be only your "System" files and not all your Pictures, Videos etc. 190GB is ridiculiou…
