I wonder why I'm not getting any response to my post?

Well just got some information. I called Samsung about there data migration tool and they told me it may not work with 40mb OEM partition. If it doesn't I may have to reinstall operating system on ssd instead of cloning it. If that's the problem can…

I kinda expected this. I did make an image of Win98 drive. It ran for about 28hr. I figured I had nothing to lose but time. At least I have my files backed up

I have already hooked up the drive as a slave and can see the files. I haven’t compared them file by file to see if anything is missing but it all seems to be there. I will check disk management attributes again and report back. I unhooked the ID…

OK I figured this out. I reset all the permisions on the network folders. I had been using this program to backup another computer on this same network drive. It worked just fine so I thought I had all that set already but I guess it was changed.…

Well I tried it and it still didn't work. I got some different results. I mapped the shared folder as Drive X. It shows up in My Comuter now.

OK maybe I am asking a $42000.00 dollar question. I do have a reason for asking it. I have been using another brand clone software with good results, but I don’t see that I can use it over a network. I tried to use the Backup (image) software on a …
