Hello collieman, you could try to use AOMEI windows PE bootable media to restore the system. I think there is a little compatiable issues on the Linux bootable disc. If still have problem with WinPE, let us know.

In AOMEI Backupper 2.0.3, the problem of file date has been fixed. It preserves file timestamps and date when restoring files.

You can try to use AOMEI PE Builder to create a bootable media on Windows 7 Home
Premium. If it still appears System Recovery Options Menu, post it here again. -
On the disk3, is the "Other" partition useful? If you copy the "other" partition to behind the H: partition, this conversion operation will be available. Thanks.

To restore windows from a bigger partition to a smaller partition, the feature will be supported better on the new version 2.1 is coming soon.

You can delete all partitions on this SSD to get the unallocated space, then try again.

If can't enter into PreOS, you can create a bootable media, then migrate OS to SSD from the bootable media.

Alternative way to restore, you could try to use AOMEI Backupper -> Utilities -> Explore Image, copy all files in the image to other drives.
