I have this same issue. Sometimes the clone work fine, other times it does not copy the partition table, and leaves my drive with a bunch of unallocated space. I wish there was phone support for this.

Yes I am cloning a small to large hard drive. Where do I get log files?

Check to see if your BIOS even supports boot to USB. Sometimes it does not.

I have this issue half of the time I use the clone feature. I haven't had the issue with the SSD, but with a normal HDD. Not sure what causes it, but I just reclone it and it works. It is annoying, however

I just figured it out. I hit the reload button and it now sees the external HD. Thanks!

I tried using backup and restore to clone but it would not boot once I put the hard drive into a computer. It said no boot partition was found

I do not see where disc cloning stores an image? I am trying to clone the c drive to the e drive but it does not see the hard drive E. Running 2.0.3

Okay, so I tried a different drive that was wiped, and the software still does not see the drive. I ran a disk check on the last drive and it did not come up with errors. The drives are basic. What gives?

I had this issue. I found out I had to be logged into the computer I was backing up with the same credentials as the destination.
