Product support unavailable?

I have Backupper Pro and there's no option for contacting support? Not good--will set me looking for another app. My support issue is that the schedule I have set (Mondays, 17:00 hours) doesn't adhere; the app started backing up this morning, Monday, at 9:00 a.m.
