  • Might want to double check line 523

    You've got "reg.exe import "BIN\REG32\VC90x86.reg" >nul"

    But only a "REG86" folder exists in the BIN folder, not REG32.

  • Thanks XenonKilla. image

  • Thanks, I downloaded v8.  Have you corrected as of now the error vagn_32 and XenonKilla found in the 7PEv8.zip?  Do you have documented anywhere the change history of what you have improved?

  • Hi, have you done any further work on  the WinPEmaker for Win 7?  Is this in a finished state?

  • I am trying to build on a Windows 10 Pro, when it boots I get the following;

    A winpeshl.ini file is present, but no commands were successfully launched This could be caused by incorrect formatting or an invalid executable name.....This is my first time building this, if I go into the directory and manually execute backupper.exe it works.  From the dos prompt, it looks like everything is there, just no gui to select anything.  Thanks in advance.

  • As a following to the above, does it make a difference that I installed the Aomei software on my D: partition???  I keep all my non Windows files on a D: partition.  Also, the winpeshl.ini file has the following;

    [LauchApps]

    "pecmd.exe EXEC !winpeutil InitializeNetwork"

  • Try

    [LaunchApps]

    pecmd.exe "EXEC !winpeutil InitializeNetwork"

  • Hello,

  • Sorry for that our software cannot support to be used in another WinPE.

    You can only create the WinPE witf the software itself.

  • Previous version was usually by adding

  • And Aomei PE Builder if someone wants to download a Windows 7 only with SP1 and will work.

    It is also valid with Windows updates until the end of 2014

  • Hi,

    I did with Windows 10 and it worked, but those cited key not appear or Windows 10 and not Windows 10.

    Tell me something I can keep the "aomeipeV9" folder for future constructions of your winpe?

    image

  • I can't understand your post.

    Glad it worked with win10 image

  • Let's say tomorrow leaves the 3.6 version of Aomei if I use the folder already downloaded files etc .. will of a problem? Erasing vo to create a new iso?

    image

  • Yes, it should work with Backupper 3.6

    .aomeipev9 should be OK with any installed version of Aomei Backupper.

  • Regarding Post #41,... Sorry, I still don't understand what is the difference running on Win7x64 either of the two versions posted--both seem to state they will run on Win7--as quoted below--is there any advantage in using the Win7 only version? ...(Since both will run on Win7) :

    I tried to load the drivers for my wireless card.  I selected the folder that contains the installation INF and SYS files for mine on Win7 x64.  But while the wireless device was now visible, it could not be enabled.  I think the error message was that it could not be started because it was already running, and the icon indicates the wireless as "turned off" even though it is on.

    I will try again soon to remake a CD.  (I've learned now to use a RW-CD!)

    Michael

  • Sorry for that there is something wrong with recognizing the wireless in the WinPE.

  • @MPPURCELL,

    Did you try running PENETWORK? The icon is on the Taskbar.

  • I'm using windows 10, backed up using system image with Aomei backupper, my system crashed now when I try to recover the backup, I get the message "Invalid file........" I tried booting with your iso disc but got the same message. Got any ideas? Thanks

  • What kind of the backup you do? It is full backup or incremental backup?
