Lost Drive/Partition

I recently decrypted my machine and lost my D: drive.  The C: drive is my bootable primary, and I can see the unassigned partition in the  PA tool. However, I cannot assign the partition a drive letter.  Additionally, its showing my C: Drive to be primary and my unassigned volume to be primary.  There is 'no unallocated space'

I get an information code 2 stating to add the drive letter manually.

Anythoughts?

  • Hello eaglerc,

Welcome to our forum. As for your problem, could you please try assigning drive letter with Windows disk management. Please right click My computer--Management--Disk Management, select the partition and select change drive letter, next, follow the wizard to complete.
