Aomei Backupper is a great backup software (installer as well as bootable CD), for laptops and desktops. Comparatively, it has nice and simple interface for beginners and advanced users to setup backup. Emergency boot-cd creation facility is great, if the system becomes unbootable and allows the user to restore the entire disk or parititions. If you are familiar with Norton/Symantec Ghost and Acronis True Image, Aomei backup tool is great for both home and office use. Free home edition offers nice features. May be the FREE version can be extended to non-profit and educational organizations too!!


Image backup is backbone of Aomei. New version also has one-way sync for backup of files and folders to local, network or cloud disk. Looking for two-way sync in future versions.
