AOMEI PE Builder v1.4
Do take note that the current version 1.4 (and all older versions) of AOMEI PE Builder might
not build a working Windows PE. This is caused by some compatibility
issues with the recent Windows updates released by Microsoft. If you
urgently need to build a working Windows PE using AOMEI PE Builder, you
can do it from a Windows 7 computer with the two Windows updates KB3022345
and KB3045999 uninstalled. This workaround only works in Windows 7 but
not in Windows 8 and 8.1.
I hope that AOMEI is working on a new version of AOMEI PE Builder to fix this problem. Therefore I am asking the AOMEI support if AOMEI PE Builder v1.5 will be realased soon?

I am curious as to what in your zip file is triggering numerous positve hits for a trojan, on Virustotal.
Virus Total is wildly misleading. Test it yourself. Upload the
bin\x64\windows\system32\pecmd.exe and you will find it gets Green lights.
Now test the 32 bit version -Upload the
bin\x86\windows\system32\pecmd.exe and you will find it gets a couple of false positives - Green lights from all the rest.
Then upload the 32 bit version of pecmd.ex from bin\pecmd.exe. Another single False poaistive - green lights form the rest.
Then upload bin\hiveunload.exe. One single false positive.
You are up to 4 now, yet because you have tested them individually, you know they are fine.
Now test the Runmeasadminv5.cmd. You might get 2 or 3 false posistives on that , simply beacuse it is a start batch file .
Now you are up to half a dozen false positives, etc.
VirusTotal are aware of the problem, but there is no simple way round it.
Thanks for the explanation.
