Storage space in Windows 8.1 keep decreasing

It’s a new Windows 8.1 Pro (not RT) Tablet with 32 GB storage. It had about 24gb free space when I got it. Then I installed programs and transferred files to it and finally there’s only 7gb left. However, every day my tablet updates and for every update the free space decrease. Until now, I have only 4.2gb free space with me. What I feel confused is that I haven’t downloaded or add any new thing to it since the last 7gb time point. Thus, is it due to the update? If so, what should I do?

PS: sometimes while I'm surfing the web I lose my sound on the tablet, the only fix is to run the Windows Update, and then it works after the update/restart.

    You have to clean your temporary file on time. because our products can't support tablet.
