Will migrating the OS delete my data?

I have a hard drive I'd like to migrate my OS to. Will doing this delete any data already there?

    It should not, but as always create a backup for just in case situations that it may fail.

    Only unallocated space could be set as destination.So you get enough unlocated space for your OS. It would not delete other partitions data.
