execute Batch File or other programs before running an Backup?

Hi,


I want to use the Server Version for an Backup of an Database Server. These DB are called very sensible with Live Backups even with VSS.

There for I want to Stop and Start the "FastObject Service" depending on the start and ending of the Backup. Does anyone have an Idea?

    If you have the paid version, you can run a backup from a command line.  That being the case, you can write your own batch file or VBScript, Powershell Script, etc. that does what you want then creates the backup.  Use that in task scheduler rather than the internal scheduler of Backupper.  That would get you what you need before any such feature might be added directly to the software.
