partition assistant stuck on preOS mode,can't boot my pc

Hello there,i tried to change the letter on some
partitions and Aomei partition assistant said it would have to apply the
changes during reboot.I accepted and now the pc is stuck on the black
screen that says ''aomei partition assistant preOS mode.The program is
executing,please wait''

It sat there for about an hour
without any activity happening.I manually rebooted since ctrl+alt+del
did not reboot the machine and the same happened again.Just sitting
there in the black screen without going into the dos program to apply
the changes.

Please help since now there is no way to boot my system,it just goes to the black screen every time.

The operations i tried to do were changing partition name and partition letter for 4 partitions.

     Sorry for the late reply. As for your issue, have you done other operations such as resizing or flitting partitions? since changing partition letters or name does not require rebooting. And you might restart to window safemode and start the system then fix your problem.

    I am having the same problem after migrating my os to new ssd/hdd. It just says "the program is executing, please wait..." And Doesnt move any further
