Unneeded "Information" Dialog Prevents Scheduled Backup

In Backupper Standard 2.0 on a
Windows 7 laptop computer with an external monitor attached, any launch
of the program, whether manually or by scheduled backup, generates the
following dialog:

image

The screen resolution of the laptop is set to the recommended 1920 x
1080 value for the external monitor, and there is no option on the
laptop to "adjust the DPI to 96(100%)", whatever that means.  The AOMEI
interface works correctly in all respects at the 1920 x 1080 setting
after the OK button is clicked, and changing the screen resolution to
other values or using just the laptop's own screen does not get rid of
the dialog.  The presence of the unneeded dialog prevents unattended
running of scheduled backups.  Can this dialog be removed?

  • I have this exact same problem.  I amusing Windows 8.1 and have my monitor resolution set at 2560 x 1440.  I do have font sizes set to the positionbelow "larger."  I do not wishto adjust my screen resolution for this software and I have not had any difficultiesreading the interface.  I am going toswitch to EaseUS TODO, even though it in not free, because the scheduling is critical.
