I'm running 2 monitors.

When I open up Aomei Backupper, it opens up riht in the middle of my 2 monitors. No biggy, I just drag it to where I want it on monitor 1. Here's the issue, although I can drag it to monitor 2, from what ever position I drag it to, it's stuck in that position and I can't move it around freely like I can on monitor 1. Need a fix for this.
