Cannot do System Backup Code 4103

I just installed AOMEI Backupper beta and when I try to do a system backup I am getting Information Code 4103 Failed to write file.  Win 8.1 to Seagate Backup Plus 1TB USB3.

    Seems to be going now that I moved the drive to a USB2 port...??

    We are so sorry for the late reply.

    As for this error, please check the following conditions:

    1.      Whether the destination partition has enough disk space to continue the backup.

    2.      Verify the destination is accessible and you have sufficient read/write privileges.

    3.      When you are doing the backup operation, you may shut down any other threads which are accessing thedirectory where of this destination.

    4.      Check if there are bad sectorson the destination partition.
