Browsing Files from PE Bootable disk

Hi we have succesfully imaged a drive

we would now like to retsore some files from the image without installing the software back on the machine


we have booted off the PE disk and selected utilities which lets us mount the image as a drive letter - but we have no way of browsing the mounted drive while booting off the cd - am i missing something or do we have to install the software to borwse and recovery individual files and folders?

    Thank you so much for choosing our product. As for your problem, we feel sorry AOMEI PE bootable disk doesn't support exploring files. To solve the problem, you may use an universal boot media and then install the program in it, but note this method is an one-time use.

    We are really need to explorer in AOMEI PE bootable to avoid delete wrong partition. Thanks!

    I made a custom BartPE boot disk that contains AOMEI Backupper. It contains drivers for most network & hdd controllers and allows you to explore AOMEI backup images. Click here to download exe file which is a compressed ISO image.
