AOMEI Centralized Backupper control request dont work

Good morning,
I have AOMEI Centralized Backupper

I install and take control of 20 client host without problem.
Only one, win10, gives me problem.
If i request "take contol" with message  the client does not show the confirmation window. And request go in timeout.
After this, the name of client disappears from the list of uncontrolled computer for hours, then reappears

I try to uninstall agent and install again .
Uac is disabled
Aomei firewall rule is active

what can I do?

  • @Alucca, Could you try to restart Backupper Service under Task Manager-->Service of the client computer and then try again?

    request control of client and message is "waiting for response"
    The popup message, on client,  is never show

    shortly after the message is "the user as been offline"
    And client disappear from list

    If restart backupper service the client come back on list again.
    But I still can’t take control
  • Update, now 3 client have same problem.
    and one give me this error: "occupied by another server"

    What i can do?
  • @Alucca, Please delete net folder under C:\ProgramData\AomeiBR, and then try to control again.

  • @Alucca, Could you try to type into the administrator account and password of client computer to control it again? If it also can't work, please take screenshots of the situation so that we check it. And, please also send us the log folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper of server side and C:\Program Files (x86)\AOMEI Centralized Backupper Agent of client computer to analyze the problem further.
