Aomei Cloud not available

I have backupper pro lifetime and want to add cloud storage.  When I click on my profile icon I see cloud storage but it says my trial has expired.   When I click "Upgrade" to try and upgrade my cloud plan, a popup comes up that says to press refresh when I have finished buying the cloud upgrade.  Where do I do that? I cannot find anywhere on the website or within the app to buy cloud service.
