Partition Assistant Professional Edition Stuck on 67%

I've been running PAPE since yesterday afternoon (nearly 24) on Clone Disk. I'm going from an internal boot drive to external to convert the new external drive to the internal boot drive. Both are m.2 SSDs, the internal is PCIe 4 and the outside one is running off m.2 USB 3.1 enclosure (with speeds of USB 3.0). Total amount to be copied is 656.88 GB, and it has taken over 12 hours for the "moving data" to go more than 2 GB transferred.

What should I do? Is this normal?
