Failed to get bitmap

Hi all, I'm trying to backup my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Win 10 Pro to a Seagate USB drive , shortly after starting the backup I receive an error 'Information code 4122: Failed to get bitmap', I've tried several USB drives that I know work but still get the error. I've also tried backing up to a network share to no avail

@Pkdev, Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you try to download BrNtfs.dll from the link and then put it to the installation directory of AOMEI Backupper to replace the old one? After that, please try to run backup againa. If you still get the error, pleae offer us the log folder under installation directory so that we check further.

Tried this but sadly no difference
