Fail to create backup tasks
Hi there,
a week ago i noticed that all of my backup tasks where gone. So no big deal, i tried to create them again but now, the program crashes every time after i hit "start" with an undefined error.
a week ago i noticed that all of my backup tasks where gone. So no big deal, i tried to create them again but now, the program crashes every time after i hit "start" with an undefined error.
Source or target doesnt matter. I reinstalled the program several times. Also changed the backup service whitin the program, still got the problem. When im trying to do a single backup, i got error no. 4140. Regardless if ransomeware protection is on or off.
Is there any way to attach the crash dump?

After installing, please reboot the computer. Then, please try to delete tasks2.2.xml and tasks2.2.xml.bak under C:\ProgramData\AomeiBR.
After that, please try to create backup again.
