Added apps in Bootable PE do not run

I have made the bootable PE usb multiple times, each option, whether it is 32 BIT UEFI or 64, gives me the option of adding custom portable apps, or directories, so I pick some useful portable apps, missing from the AOEMEI list from here

Problem is, the directory is visible on the USB live desktop, but none of them run, double click them nothing happens.

What do I have to do to make them run?

@Mohasi, all portable apps can't run? Which apps did you add? We will try to test it further.

I saw the same problem like Mohasi.
1) I tried also to include an run 2 Apps from https://portableapps.com (7-zip.paf and Irfanview.paf). I was not able to start apps from https://portableapps.com.
2) But apps NOT FROM https://portableapps.com like CPU-Z.zip or Irfanview.zip I could start and they were working.

@Aaha @Mohasi, Could you check if you can run these portable apps when you add them to another WinPE of other third-party WinPE toots?
