Aomei Backupper would backup work, if I change partition table?

Hello,

I just want to know 1 simple thing: what if I changed partition table from GPT to MBR and then I wanted to restore backup, which was made when partition was in GPT. What would happen? Would it restore partition back to GPT? And restore successfully a backup? Or would it fail, because of that?

    @Empleat, When you restore the backup of GPT disk to the MBR disk, generally, it will still be MBR after restore. If you restore to an empty MBR disk, there is a prompt window to ask if you want to convert the target disk to the same disk format as the source. "Yes" will convert the target disk to GPT. "No" will still keep the MBR format.
