CANNOT CLONE LARGE TO SMALLER DRIVE

Why can I not do this. It gives error saying drive too small. Sites say you can do this.  SO HOW.

    If the number of files on the larger drive does not fit on the smaller drive it will not clone.
    See also if by chance the option sector by sector is not checked.

    @Soulslice, Please check if the used space of the large disk is bigger than the space of the small disk. Or, you check the "sector by sector clone" way. Or, the large disk includes non-NTFS/FAT32 partition. You can take a screenshot of your windows disk management so that we check.
