Error 33 on system backupper pro 5.2

I have windows 10 and upgraded to backupper pro 5.2.  When I do a system backup (I have checked the source and the destination disks and there are no bad sectors) it fails with an error 33.  I have run the system backup and booted from a disk containing WinPe and get the same error. I can do a disk backup, but no system backup.  Under older releases I ran system backups successfully.  Ideas?
