Backupper Clients Show Offline
Hello. New deployment of Centralized Backupper Ultimate and PC clients. Configuring 25 PCs to be backed up to a NAS. Got the client installed on all 25 PCs, created a task, added the PCs, scheduled the jobs for each PC to run separately during its own hour each week. So far so good.
This morning all of the PCs show Registered: Offline except mine, where the the Centralized Backupper runs. My PC shows Registered: Yes. When I check one of the PCs in question, it shows that the Aomei service is running. If I restart the service, then the status on my console changes to Registered: Yes.
So why aren't my PCs staying connected to the console?
