Unable to restore files

I am new to Backupper. I purchased the server version to backup an old 2003 server that still runs an app we cannot install on a new server OS. The backup process completes but we have two issues.
1) Mounting the backup image does not do anything. No drive is mounted.
2) Attempting to restore files only provides the option to restore the entire volume to a disk. What backup method should we be using in order to restore individual files?

    No errors. The process completes successfully according to the message window.

    Please try to explore the image on another computer.
