If I use the "Change Label" name on the hard drive using Aomei Partition Assistant will the current data on the hard drive be lost?

Data shouldn't be lost as this only changes the name of the drive not the drive letter. Changing the drive letter could cause problems when applications are looking for a specific location and can't find it.
