Using AOMEI Backupper to clone Windows 10 to another PC. What is the next step ?

I want to clone a reference Windows 10 system, with all the drivers and apps, to other PCs.
I have successfully done a 'restore to different hardware', giving me a second identical PC.
What do I do next?
I need to change the windows key, network name etc.
Any recommended sequence of steps? Do I use sysprep?.
