How to properly clone a disk with more than 3 partitions?

I'd like to clone my SSD (250GB) with a dual boot system (Windows 10 and Ubuntu) to another larger SSD (500GB). But when I use AOMEI Backupper Standard application, it shows me the message "The source disk contains more than 3 partitions....." and sugests me to use Clone Partition after to clone the remaning partitions. How is the correct procedure to do this?

Here the image of my situation.

You want to clone a GPT disk to an MBR disk. MBR allows only 3 normal partitions. You need to convert Disco2 to GPT. You can do that with Windows Diskmanagement or with Windows Diskpart. Google for instructions.
