Bought a license - No email with serial number received

I just bought a license for Backupper Pro on Aomei website. The purchase was finalized but I have a full 30 minutes after the purchase not yet received an email with license information with serial number. 

Why this delay?!? 


  • I have an order-id so please respond so that I can use the program as intended asap.

    Check your junk mail or spam folder. Otherwise, email tech support. They will help.

  • Nothing there and I have emailed the support. It's weekend so I guess the response time is longer, but it really should be automated process for sending out serial numbers after the payment.
