Backupper "File Sync" fails to copy files with single quotes or & in file names

Although I use image files for most backups, I have some files that I do not want merged into an image file.  I started using Aomei to File Sync from one external drive to another (secondary backup).  The first issues was needing to use "Run as Admin" to handle system, locked, or otherwise harder to access files.  After running Backupper as administrator, the only files not copied seem to have special characters in the file name.  I have only noticed single quote and & so far.

Anyone know of a solution?
