    Update:

    I changed the VSS setting to automatic and am running the backup again. Fingers crossed...

    Please reattach the photo as a photo, instead of as a file, it will display here for everyone.

    udidwht  Please Win+R, then run "cmd" to open Command Prompt, and then run the following commands to first stop and then restart the Vss service: 
    net stop vss
    net start vss
    If the problem remains, please email the support team at [email protected] and attach the "log" folder under the installation directory for further analysis.
