Backup Software For Server

 Hello, We have a running many windows
server 2012 R2. Apparently, MS's built-in software is sub-par, so I was
wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what we should use.

From what Google and multiple sites say, Ahsay software is superior , but honestly I'm not sure where to begin with this.

    Ashay's backup software is an enterprise level software designed for backing up a variety of things including the full system, SQL databases, VMWare appliances, etc. 


    Aomei Backupper is meant for backing up system discs, partitions, full discs, and files/folders.  It doesn't have the ability to backup individual databases, VMs, etc.  As such, which software meets your needs really depends on what your needs are.  In order to properly plan your backup solution, you need to identify what your needs are specifically.  Then find the appropriate tool or tools to meet that need.
